Welcome to the Junior Chefs Academy, a hands-on culinary experience designed to inspire and excite the next generation of chefs. The session begins in our kitchen garden, (produce dependant) where junior chefs can dig up fresh, seasonal produce and learn about the importance of sustainable cooking.
Back at the cookery school, they’ll use these ingredients to create seasonal and sustainable dishes, sparking their imagination and boosting their confidence in the kitchen.
At the end of the session, participants can take home all their creations and a certificate, proudly endorsed by the Independent Cookery School Association and the Craft Guild of Chefs. This is a fantastic opportunity for young food enthusiasts to learn, create, and have fun!
