The culinary experience for our junior chefs will create some seasonal & sustainable dishes
The session will hopefully inspire, drive imagination and encourage confidence
All food and drinks made will be eaten at the end of the class and/or taken home in our vegware compostable pots
We endevour to make something sweet, something savoury and a homemade drink
All junior chefs will recieve a certificate endorsed by the Independant Cookery School Association & Craft Guild of Chefs
