Join us at the Cookery School for a seasonal pre dinner drinks, before you head out on the town to celebrate.
Either a warm summers evening on the terrace overlooking the River Mimram, sipping champagne or chilly nights huddled around the fire pit with warm blankets.
A few savoury bites will be available, along with a short masterclass on how to make these at home for your own drinks party.
