No longer just a summer activity, outdoor dining is now a vast and fast growing area of our culinary world. Our "beyond burgers" course will take your BBQ skills to the next level by showcasting low & slow, rubs & marinades, tips & tricks, smoking & brining.
This course will cover different meat cuts, as well as cooking fish, vegetables, flatbreads and cakes amongst other ingredients.
