The culinary experience for our Junior Chefs will start with a food appreciation tour of our kitchen garden where we will dig some seasonal produce and gather some farm fresh eggs before heading back to the Cookery School to create some local, seasonal and sustainable dishes.
The session will hopefully inspire, drive imagination and encourage confidence for our Junior Chefs. All The food and drinks produced on the day can be taken home to be enjoyed with family and friends. They will be awarded a certificate endorsed by the Independent Cookery School Association and the Craft Guild of Chefs. A complimentary Cookery School bag will contain recipes from the day, Junior chefs can then recreate the new dishes wearing their 'Cookery School at Tewinbury' apron.
