Having run a wild food restaurant in Hertfordshire, George has also appeared on Countryfile, Food Unwrapped and in the Times.
George has also travelled through Europe, learning traditional methods of wild flavours, permaculture and sustainability. Explore the Tewinbury Estate with George foraging with nature, where you will learn how to identify and gather ingredients. Heading back to the Cookery School to prepare and cook a plant-based feast and a concoction of cocktails.
